Emma is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate Department, and advises on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. She frequently handles complex and high-value deals, including acquisitions, sales, refinancings, cross-border matters, and multi-sector projects.

Emma advises landlords and tenants across the private, public and third sectors on a wide range of asset management transactions. Her experience spans offices, large retail parks, industrial estates and other types of commercial property.

She has been a Co-Chair of Real Estate Balance’s NextGen Committee since November 2023. She is an active member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Groups ‘S+W Pride’ and the Gender Focus Group, and a strong supporter of the work of the firm’s Social Mobility Group.
