Calculation of holiday pay: where are we now?
The Government has introduced a two-year backstop for all holiday pay claims raised from 1 July 2015. There have also been further court decisions on the question of what types of payments should be included when calculating holiday pay. In this update we explain the current position and provide a handy “at a glance guide” to help you check what types of payments should be included in holiday pay.
