Tim is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance team. He has a wide range of experience acting on project finance transactions (both clean energy and large-scale infrastructure).

This includes advising funders and developers on a range of onshore and offshore wind projects and acting on a range of infrastructure projects in both Scotland and England. Tim also has experience acting for commercial and investment banks, as well as corporate borrowers and developers, and previously completed a six-month secondment at a UK commercial bank.

Advising BayWa r.e. UK in the £40 million project financing with National Westminster Bank plc for the Broken Cross Wind Farm.
Acting for Moray East Offshore Windfarm (East) Limited in connection with LIBOR transition of the project financing of the Moray East windfarm.
Acting for a European renewable energy developer in relation to its corporate group reorganisation and the approx €1 billion refinancing of its global portfolio of onshore renewable assets.
Acting for the lenders in connection with the project financing of a large-scale battery storage project in Scotland.
Advising Atrato Onsite Energy on the Scottish aspects of a £250 million asset backed security financing.
