- Advising trustee clients on compliance with new regulatory code of practice.
- Supporting trustee clients on de-risking transactions.
- Advising trustee clients on member complaints and Pensions Ombudsman referrals.
- Drafting and advising on execution of scheme rule amendments, including preparation of new Trust Deed and Rules.
- Advising trustee clients on legislation and rule interpretation, including impact of legislative changes.
