Sarah specialises in commercial dispute resolution. She has extensive experience in commercial disputes having acted in oil and gas disputes, corporate/commercial disputes, insolvency, food safety prosecutions and financial disputes, including debt recovery. Sarah also focuses on and has experience in property litigation. She has experience of advising on a wide range of contentious property and contractual issues, including claims arising from property contracts, landlord and tenant disputes, and title issues
Sarah's expertise includes advising clients on complex medium/high value disputes, often with a multi-party element. This includes assisting clients from the outset of a dispute by providing advice on pre-action communication and litigation strategy, through to settlement and/or conducting litigation in the courts. Sarah also has experience of mediation/alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.
