Sam is an experienced banking lawyer, advising financial institutions, developers, investors and operators on real estate finance transactions in the UK and Europe. His work covers investment, development and bridging financing. He has a particular interest and expertise in loan-on-loan and related structured finance matters. He also advises on acquisition finance matters and general corporate lending.
He works across all asset classes with a wide geographical spread, with recent experience in student accommodation, later living, offices, hotels and large-scale residential/mixed-use schemes.
