She has advised on the development of windfarms (both onshore and offshore) including securing pinchpoint access agreements, solar projects, battery storage projects and data centres.
Dual qualified in Scotland and England and Wales.
- Acting for various developers to secure land agreements for onshore wind farms including ancillary agreements for pinchpoint and access routes, negotiating and agreeing option, leases and servitudes.
- Acting for offshore wind farm developers to secure land rights for onshore cabling in both Scotland and England.
- Acting for various developers to secure land agreements for battery storage projects in Scotland, England and Wales.
- Advising offshore wind developers in relation to The Crown Estate option agreements.
