Peter heads up Shepherd and Wedderburn’s real estate team in Aberdeen, bringing 19 years’ expertise advising clients in the real estate sector.
Peter advises on all aspects of commercial real estate including property aspects of commercial acquisitions, portfolio acquisitions and sales, development, site assembly, secured lending and landlord and tenant. He has been involved in the acquisition of property and rights for large scale transport projects.
He has a broad client base operating across sectors including hospitality and leisure, oil and gas services, retail, development and agriculture/rural business. He also acts for clients operating in the medical, dental and pharmaceutical markets, and is individually ranked by Chambers and Partners.
