- Acting for a landowner in connection with the residential development and sale of land Blackdog, Balmedie for the provision of 250 residential units and commercial development.
- Acting for housebuilder clients in relation to land acquisition and strategic land, option and promotion agreements.
- Providing asset and portfolio management advice to a significant wholesaler with over 50 units across the UK.
- Providing asset and portfolio management advice to one of Scotland’s largest, privately owned leisure and hospitality chains.
- Advising a number of the most significant landowners in the north-east, operating in the rural business sector.
- Acting for multiple family offices of high-net-worth individuals in relation to their land and property holdings, including aspects of wealth planning and business transition.
