He has acted for institutional and individual investors in connection with the purchase, financing, management and disposal of commercial property.
Nick regularly advises large corporate occupiers on leasing and property management, and acts for property developers in connection with the assembly of new sites and development of commercial property.
Nick’s energy sector experience includes acting on the purchase of options for lease/leases in respect of proposed gas peaking plants and a biomass energy site, and the business purchase of a Devon wind farm for circa £3 million. Nick has also previously advised a power generation company on the preparation of option agreements, precedent leases and model heads of terms for potential sites.
Recent transactions include acting on the purchase of a newly-constructed and tenanted out-of-town retail park for circa £11 million for an institutional investor and advising on the disposal of industrial premises in Widnes and Sevenoaks, for circa £3 million and circa £5 million respectively, for a major UK manufacturer.
