He frequently advises large corporate occupiers on leasing and property management, and acts for property developers in connection with the assembly of new sites and development of commercial property.

He also has considerable experience in the energy and renewables sector, including schemes for offshore windfarms; acting for various energy operators on the acquisition or leasing of sites for gas peaking plants, solar cells and battery storage; and advising a power generation company on the preparation of option agreements, precedent leases and model heads of terms for potential sites.
