Morven is a Solicitor in our Rural Property Team in Aberdeen.

Working with Petra Grunenberg, Morven advises on a range of agricultural and rural legal matters. These include the sale and acquisition of rural properties, such as estates, farms and rural residential properties; succession planning for family farming businesses; advising lenders and landowners in relation to renewable energy projects; and complex title reviews and investigations.

Morven completed her traineeship with seats in Residential Conveyancing and Family Law, then qualifying into Private Client before joining the Rural Team, providing her with a strong grounding in property transactions, succession planning and advising individuals through sensitive and often complex personal circumstances. This enables Morven to offer practical, client-focused advice that takes into account both legal and personal considerations, particularly in the context of rural and family-owned property and businesses.
