Matt is qualified in both Scotland and England & Wales and has experience in advising a broad range of clients across a variety of real estate, infrastructure and energy sectors.
Matt has experience of acting on commercial property transactions, including commercial leasing with a particular focus on the London office market acting for both landlords and occupiers, acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, property finance for acquisitions and re-financing and procuring option agreements for the development of energy projects.
