Matt is a Solicitor in the banking and finance team, based in Glasgow. He joined the team after completing his traineeship at a leading Scottish firm in 2023.
Matt regularly acts for both lenders and borrowers in a range of corporate and commercial banking matters and on the Scots law aspects of a range of securitisation and debt capital markets transactions.
Having previously worked on key banking projects as a senior legal analyst at an international law firm (including a nine-month secondment to a major UK bank), Matt has a particular interest in legal technology, legal project management and innovation.
In addition, Matt is a registered Notary Public.
