Lucy is an Associate in our real estate team with a particular focus on the clean energy sector. She has experience acting for both landowners and developers in a range of renewable energy transactions, including onshore and offshore wind, hydro and battery storage, and has also been involved in the financing of various clean energy projects.
Lucy previously spent 18 months seconded to a large utilities provider in their energy management and retail division, gaining an invaluable understanding of commercial and legal issues at play within the energy sector.
