Lucy is a banking and finance partner. She specialises in real estate finance and acquisition finance.

She advises lenders and sponsors in both investment and development finance transactions across the full spectrum of sectors and real estate assets, including PBSA, BTR, office and retail. Clients include UK and international banks and debt funds on the lending side; and propcos, investment and asset managers, corporate groups and family offices on the sponsor side.

Lucy has extensive experience including leading on cross-border and senior and mezzanine transactions.
