Louise joined Shepherd and Wedderburn's banking and finance practice in 2018, having worked at two international law firms in the City of London.
She has been seconded to work with clients twice - firstly, as assistant counsel (EMEA) at the London office of California-based Silicon Valley Bank and secondly, in the London corporate lending team of Investec Bank plc.
Louise is qualified to practise English law.
Louise has acted for a range of clients, from specialist sector lenders, clearing banks and alternative lenders to corporate borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and cross-border transactions, including property finance and corporate and commercial banking.
