Laura has experience acting for public and private sector clients, and specialises in commercial disputes relating to finance and insolvency.

Laura acts for clients in a range of disputes, with a particular focus on insolvency litigation, banking and finance litigation and debt recovery. She has experience pursuing secured and unsecured debt; including winding up proceedings and bankruptcy/sequestrations. Laura advises clients on all aspects of debt recovery and has practical experience in a wide range of insolvency and debt recovery matters. Laura has experience of a variety of Court of Session actions, and represents clients in Sheriff Court proceedings. Laura also has experience of a range of proceedings in the High Court and County Courts.
