Justine is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Wealth & Tax team.

She has extensive experience in advising individuals and families in the preparation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, as well as tax, estate and succession planning, including for family businesses. Justine frequently deals with the administration of estates, including those with complex inheritance tax compliance aspects and international elements. She also helps clients to deal with issues concerning adults with incapacity.

Justine also advises charities (of various legal forms) on a variety of matters including formation, governance, restructuring and dissolution.
