Jacqueline is a Senior Associate in the private wealth and tax team, based in Glasgow.
Jacqueline provides advice and assistance to clients in relation to a wide range of personal legal matters, including the preparation of wills, lifetime tax planning, the setting up and administration of trusts, administration of estates and on adults with incapacity matters, including powers of attorney. She also has a particular interest in charity law.
Jacqueline is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is also a Notary Public.
