Francis is a solicitor with the Commercial Disputes team based in London. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Francis has a particular interest in contractual disputes, construction and energy litigation, judicial review and the development of the UK’s green energy sector. His work includes assisting clients from the outset of a dispute by advising on pre-action correspondence and litigation strategy.
Francis started his career at Freshfields, where he was a trainee and then an associate in the firm’s commercial disputes group. More recently, he practiced as a legal advisor to the UK Government on science policy, intellectual property law and as part of the Vaccine Taskforce. Francis has also worked on secondment within the commercial legal team at Heathrow Airport Limited.
