She advises landlords and tenants on a wide range of leasing transactions, involving a variety of assets including industrial estates, shopping centres, multi-let offices and retail parks.
- Advising investor landlords in relation to lettings and asset management of various industrial estates across Scotland.
- Advising publicly listed companies in relation the letting of various retail spaces in retail parks and shopping centres.
- Providing Scottish real estate support in corporate acquisitions on both Scottish and cross-border transactions.
- Advising clients on development projects.
- Acting for investor clients in relation to disposal of both heritable and leasehold interests.
- Advising clients on the acquisition of various types of investment property.
- Providing property support in relation to the recovery of arrears and advising of lease obligations.
