“Understanding my clients’ business needs starts with asking them to outline their aspirations – and listening to the answer. Only then can I support them by delivering timely and unique solutions.”

Emma works mainly for private sector clients in property and infrastructure – specifically including the industrial, retail, renewables, and leisure and hospitality sectors.

She often advises on commercial disposals and investment acquisitions, and, in the renewables field, helps landowners to deliver UK- and Scotland-wide energy projects. Emma also assists in transactions related to the leasing and management of licensed premises and leisure businesses, acting for both landlords and tenants.
