Elouisa is an associate in the Employment team. She advises international employers on discrimination and employment matters including: tribunal claims, mediation, corporate transactions, restrictive covenants, TUPE, redundancy, trade unions/industrial relations, employment GDPR, equal pay, human rights, HR advisory, contracts and policies.
She has a specialist knowledge of maternity and shared parental leave, gender pay gap reporting and gender equality matters.
She is frequently invited to deliver training, most recently on topics including workplace sexual harassment, #metoo, unconscious bias and whistleblowing.
