Chloe is a Senior Solicitor in our real estate team, with a particular focus on the clean energy sector.
She advises on projects across a range of technologies including onshore wind, offshore wind, solar and battery. Chloe has also acted for landowners providing advice in relation to the use of their estate properties for energy projects.
She has a broad range of experience, having previously worked in commercial property (a wide variety of transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leasing of property) and in the rural sector (estate management, voluntary registrations, property finance and purchase and sale of rural property including forests, farms, and estates).
- Advising multiple developers on their development pipeline of wind, solar and co-location technology energy parks throughout Scotland, including examining and reporting on complex titles and negotiating option agreements.
- Advising on developer’s applications to NESO’s Gate 2 first process in 2025.
- Advising landowners of farms, small holdings and large estates on a range of matters including complex title issues, access agreements, other uses of sites during the option period and financing in relation to various clean energy developments.
