Alison has a wide range of transactional lending experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in relation to general lending and security. In particular Alison has experience advising on refinancings, corporate acquisitions, property finance, asset based finance and project finance.
Alison has spent nine months on secondment with a major UK clearing bank providing legal advice to the business in relation to a variety of matters including general lending and security.
