With Deloitte, we hosted a joint breakfast panel discussion on share incentives, and shared our experience of how they can affect corporate transactions, including founders’ exits.

Startup Founders Meetup

We host monthly Startup Founders Meetups: a great chance for members of the start-up community to meet experienced entrepreneurs, other founders, potential cofounders and investors.

The Founders Conference

The Founders Conference is organised by the Hunter Foundation and The Scottish National Investment Bank. We attend each year, and it’s always an informative and inspiring event.

What will be the impact of new BVCA model documents?

We hosted two in-person sessions that reviewed the key changes to the British Venture Capital Association (BVCA) model documents for early-stage investments. (We’ve also created a Video Insight series on this subject.)
