Our team advises on transactions across England, Wales and Scotland. We frequently act for London-based financial institutions lending into Scotland, fully utilising the synergies of our expertise in both jurisdictions.
When required, we call on the considerable legal expertise in the wider firm, such as in our Tax, Restructuring and Corporate teams.
