Our Business Services division includes all of our non-legal employees, divided into various teams. Each year, some of those teams provide summer placements in our Edinburgh office, each lasting between six and twelve weeks. Typically, placements are available with:
If you want to have a career in one of those areas, a placement is the perfect way to get some first-hand practical experience. If you are studying for a relevant degree or have a genuine interest, please send your CV and covering letter to graduateteam@shepwedd.com.
We offer modern apprenticeships in various roles across the firm (including in our legal teams). Combining on-the-job training and support from a dedicated assessor, they are two-year fixed term contracts with an industry-recognised qualification at the end. Most of our apprentices then progress into permanent roles, and many also achieve further qualifications in their field.
