Emma is a Senior Associate in our Planning and Environment team. She has extensive experience of advising on contentious and non-contentious consenting matters in Scotland and England.

With a specific focus on the renewable energy sector, Emma’s work includes advising developers on the consenting of large-scale energy projects in Scotland and England, including on consenting strategy, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements, compulsory purchase, planning agreements, planning inquiries and examinations, and post-consent advice.
