Day 2 Wednesday 20 May

9:30 – 10:30am British Council of Offices panel session (S+W pavilion) – Viability and sustainability in UK office sector

Outside of London and the big 6 cities a lack of high quality, sustainable office space is holding back economic growth. A new ‘city office portfolio’ approach can help regional towns and cities develop fit for place solutions – building local capacity that is both sustainable and conducive to a growing economy.

This workshop will bring together the British Council for Offices with regional local authorities and office specialists to explore how this approach can drive sustainable economic growth and job creation across the UK.

Ports are critical economic infrastructure yet often overlooked in property-led investment conversations.
