Ellen is an Associate in our real estate team with a particular focus on the clean energy sector in Scotland. Ellen has experience acting for both landowners and developers in a range of renewable energy transactions, including onshore and offshore wind, hydrogen, solar and battery storage/grid stability projects, and has also been involved in the financing (and re-financing) of various renewables projects. Ellen also has background experience in acting for clients in acquisitions (including investment purchases) and a commercial leasing context - having acted for both landlord and tenant clients across a wide array of property portfolios, such as industrial and office buildings.
