Caroline is a member of the Planning and Environment Group, advising clients on contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
Caroline has particular expertise and experience in drafting and modifying legal planning agreements, and providing support in contentious planning cases, planning appeals and general planning diligence. Caroline’s recent experience includes advising and supporting on a Judicial Review of the Scottish Government’s decision to modify Scottish Planning Policy and a Statutory Appeal against the adoption of the Inverclyde Local Development Plan.
