Andrew is a solicitor in the firm’s Banking and Finance team.
Andrew has experience advising both lenders and borrowers in a variety of Corporate and Commercial Banking transactions. His work includes Property Finance, Funds Finance and advising on the Scottish aspects of Cross-Border Finance transactions. Andrew also has experience advising on financial regulation, gained during his time In-House on external secondment at two national banks.
