Shepherd and Wedderburn experts included in prestigious international legal directory

Shepherd and Wedderburn partner Gillian Carty have been ranked among the top restructuring and insolvency practitioners in Scotland for the second year running in a prestigious international legal directory.

Yvonne Brady, who heads Shepherd and Wedderburn’s top-ranked corporate recovery and restructuring practice, and insolvency litigation specialist Gillian Carty, are again included in the Scotland-wide listing in the Who’s Who Legal: Restructuring & Insolvency 2018 directory.

Who’s Who Legal and Global Restructuring Review conducts independent, in-depth research of the international legal market to identify the leading lights in insolvency and restructuring. This year’s review lists 569 lawyers across 44 jurisdictions globally.

Selection follows a six-month research process which draws on feedback from private practitioners, clients and other sector experts. The final listings are based on a range of factors, including feedback from clients and peers, past performance and the aggregate number of weighted votes cast in an individual’s favour.

Gillian Carty features for the third consecutive year.
