Who will triumph in Barnardo’s Store Wars?

On Saturday 17 June, a team from Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Glasgow Office will be taking part in the Barnardo’s Store Wars challenge with the help of STV Presenter and former Miss Scotland Jennifer Reoch, who will be coming along to support their efforts.

Launched over 10 years ago, Barnardo’s Store Wars challenge sees teams of staff from different companies go into Barnardo’s charity shops to compete with each other to aim for the stars and WIN. How do they win? By increasing store sales by the most amount in just one day of trading. All funds go to Barnardo’s, the UK’s largest children’s charity. It works to reach out to the most disadvantaged children, young people, families and communities to help ensure that every child has the best possible start in life. For every £1 raised, 91 pence goes towards supporting its work.

Shepherd and Wedderburn, along with Jennifer Reoch, will be taking over the Barnardo’s shop at 315 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow on Saturday, to do their best to bring in as much as possible and win the Store Wars challenge.
