Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Transatlantic Disputes team to speak at DRI Annual Meeting
On 19-23 October, more than 1,000 defence lawyers and in-house counsel will come together in Boston at the annual meeting of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), an international membership organisation of lawyers involved in the defence of civil litigation.
Joining this year’s impressive speaker line-up is Shepherd and Wedderburn’s expert compliance, governance and financial regulation lawyer, Judy Krieg.
Dual UK/US qualified with extensive experience working in both jurisdictions, Judy is ideally placed to join the DRI International panel, which will provide delegates with insight and practical tips on dealing with litigation, regulatory and privacy issues across jurisdictions in an increasingly globalised world.
Judy will be joined at the event by Shepherd and Wedderburn partners, Jane Wessel and Barbara Bolton, who will be on hand to discuss and share their in-depth experience of some of the conference’s key themes. The three dual-qualified litigators head up the firm’s Transatlantic Disputes team. Specialising in Dispute Resolution, International Arbitration and Regulation and Compliance, the team offers advice to UK and US companies and individuals involved in litigation on the other side of the Atlantic.
The DRI Annual Meeting takes place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel and Hynes Convention Center.
