A founding member of global professional services membership network, World Services Group (WSG), Shepherd and Wedderburn teamed up with other WSG members to produce the 2016 edition of the popular guide, which summarises recent changes to labour laws across 20 European jurisdictions and highlights the key changes on the horizon for 2016.

Shepherd and Wedderburn partner and editor of the European Employment Law Update, Katie Russell commented: “In a number of jurisdictions the current economic pressures and austerity measures continue to influence new employment legislation, including the introduction of additional protections for those working on temporary contracts, as well as social welfare reforms. For organisations with a pan-European presence, keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation can be a challenge. Our European Employment Law Update provides a concise overview of the key changes for 2016 and helps organisations stay informed.”
