Shepherd and Wedderburn hosts RO grace period clinics at All-Energy 2016

For the second year running, Shepherd and Wedderburn supports All-Energy, the UK’s largest renewable energy event, as headline sponsor.

During the two-day event, which returns to Glasgow’s Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre on 4-5 May, Shepherd and Wedderburn solicitors, Susan Swan and Stephanie Mill, will be running Renewables Obligation (RO) Grace Period Clinics at the firm’s exhibition stand Q60.

Susan and Stephanie have been following the progress of the Energy Bill very closely, paying particular attention to the debate surrounding the clauses on RO grace periods.

Delegates are invited to attend the clinics to discuss on a one-to-one-basis the Energy Bill provisions in relation to the proposed early closure of the RO.

The clinics will be particularly timely in that delegates will be able to obtain up-to-date and practical information in relation to the proposed early closure of the RO as it pertains to onshore wind and the grace periods.
