Shepherd and Wedderburn in Competition Team of the Year Shortlist

Shepherd and Wedderburn has been shortlisted in The Lawyer Awards 2015 in the category of Competition Team of the Year.

The awards, now in their twenty-first year, celebrate and reward excellence in the profession across private practice, the public sector, commerce and industry, and the Bar.

Since winning the prestigious award last year, Shepherd and Wedderburn’s Competition Group, headed by partner, John Schmidt has continued to attract a string of high profile market abuse cases, including a key win for John Lewis in persuading the CMA to drop its resale price investigation in respect of sports bras.
