We are delighted to invite you to join our in person Rural Disputes Conference, which will focus on resolving disputes affecting clients living, working and operating in the rural sector.
Our rural disputes specialists will look at the roles of various courts and tribunals, including the Court of Session, Sheriff Court, Lands Tribunal for Scotland, Scottish Land Court and the First Tier Tribunal.
The conference will end with an opportunity for attendees to witness a mock cross examination by Shepherd and Wedderburn and expert witness (Tom Oates, Oates Rural) followed by a panel discussion where attendees can put their questions to Hamish Lean, Elaine Brailsford, Stephanie Hepburn and Tom Oates
