Scarlett is a Senior Associate in the English property team, specialising in commercial real estate.
Scarlett has experience of a variety of property transactions across the areas of investment, landlord and tenant, and energy and renewables. She advises on acquisitions, disposals and the management of investment property in sectors including retail, office, leisure and alternatives, and on a range of landlord and tenant matters, with a particular focus in the retail and office sectors. Scarlett has experience acting on the lender and borrower sides of property finance transactions and works closely with the firm’s finance team to help drive these types of transactions to completion. Additionally, Scarlett is often involved in providing real estate support to corporate deals involving a property aspect.
Scarlett also has considerable experience working on renewables projects across onshore and offshore wind, solar, battery and multi-technology sites. Scarlett has spent time seconded to ScottishPower Renewables where she developed her interest and expertise in the renewables sector.
