Joanne is a vastly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who was previously Managing Partner and led the corporate and commercial team at a Dublin-based corporate law firm. With over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, Joanne has a particular focus on corporate compliance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions and amalgamations, shareholder agreements, private equity investments, commercial agreements and alternative commercial disputes resolution.
Joanne has particular expertise in the motor and retail distribution, fintech and non-life insurance sectors. She also has wide-ranging experience in advising entities in the voluntary sector on corporate compliance and advising charity trustees on the administration and governance of charitable organisations.
Based in our Dublin office, Joanne advises international and Irish-based corporate clients, working closely and collaboratively with our corporate and commercial teams and specialist lawyers across our network of offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and London.
