Melanie is based in our Rural Property & Business team, having trained with a smaller property firm in Edinburgh and qualifying in 2016. Melanie has a breadth of experience acting in conveyancing, residential sales and purchases for both developers and private individuals, voluntary registrations and complex title reviews and investigations. Melanie also advises on a broad range of agricultural and rural transactions, including security work for financing and sales; acquisitions and leasing of farms and estates; forestry acquisitions and general ongoing management and lease work.
