Lily is solicitor in the commercial disputes team, based in London. She advises a wide range of corporate and private clients across a number of different sectors on all aspects of disputes. Lily has a broad range of experience, which includes pre-action correspondence, commencing and defending claims, conducting investigations and developing strategies for achieving settlement. She works with other teams across the firm on aspects of commercial disputes and implementing strategy.
Lily is experienced acting on a variety of commercial disputes, including banking and finance litigation and investigations; commercial fraud, including misrepresentation and unlawful means conspiracy; shareholder disputes, including misfeasance; contractual disputes; professional negligence claims; and property-related disputes.
Outside of commercial disputes Lily is an Advisory Board Member to the Aspiring Solicitors Foundation, a social mobility UK registered charity.
