Kirsteen has specialised in construction since 2004 and has a Masters degree in Construction Law (with distinction). She advises parties throughout the UK on all aspects of construction work and acts for employers (both private and public sector), contractors, sub-contractors and consultants, drafting and negotiating bespoke contracts and all major forms of industry standard contracts.
She works with clients from the outset of projects, from producing procurement strategies, through implementation, and on to completion, providing advice on risk management at all stages of the construction project process. She also provides support to property and banking teams.
Kirsteen is a member of the Society of Construction Law and Women in Property.
