Fiona advises on a wide spectrum of transactional work such as corporate sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and private equity investment. She also regularly advises on corporate matters such as corporate governance, joint venture arrangements and company secretarial matters. Fiona has a particular focus on the clean energy sector, advising a breadth of clients through the full project lifecycle. She is a member of our clean energy working group and provides assistance to John Morrison in his role as Company Secretary of Scottish Renewables.
