The webinar will be presented by Natasha Durkin, a senior associate in our Regulation and Markets team. Natasha has extensive experience acting for public bodies, regulators and large organisations in relation to statutory appeals, judicial review, disciplinary complaints, interpretation of legislation and corporate criminal prosecutions under regulatory statutes. She is experienced in acting in formal inquiries and represented two former senior police officers in the Justice 1 Committee Inquiry of the Scottish Parliament into the Shirley McKie fingerprint case.
