The UK commercial property market is continuing to improve, with investor confidence returning and rents on the rise.  But the market is a very different place than it was before the downturn, and significant challenges remain.

This seminar will look at some of the key issues arising in the current market with a focus on the practical aspects of making development and investment deals happen.  It will look in particular at some of the hurdles that can get in the way of completing a deal, how they can be overcome, and how the parties can best protect their positions.  The seminar will also look at some of the issues that can lead to disputes in property deals, focusing on how the scope for disputes can be minimised and contractual mechanisms for resolution.

There is no cost to attend this seminar and it qualifies for 1 hour and 30 minutes of accredited CPD.
