2012 has been a particularly busy year for employment law so far, as it remains firmly high up on the Government’s agenda for reform. During the course of the year we have seen many radical changes implemented, with many others to follow during the course of 2013, with further reform still being consulted on. Meanwhile, on the pensions front, 1 October 2012 saw the first staging date for implementation of auto-enrolment, with further dates to follow over the next few years.
Our Autumn employment law update will ensure you are fully up to speed on all aspects of the Government’s programme for employment law reform, together with the key need-to-know decisions from the case law of 2012. We will also be joined by our Pensions experts who will be providing guidance and discussing topical issues on auto-enrolment.
This seminar is of interest to in-house counsel, anyone responsible for HR and all staff with managerial responsibilities in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
