The EU Commission published its proposals for modernising the EU procurement regime on 20 December, with three new Directives overhauling the existing public sector and utilities regimes and introducing a new Directive on concessions which until now have been only partially regulated at EU level. This webinar will look at the key elements of the Commission's proposals and the likley implications for public bodies, utilities and their suppliers.
This webinar will run for no more than 30 minutes, will be hosted by John MacKenzie and the speaker will be Gordon Downie. John MacKenzie is a partner in the dispute resolution team. Gordon is a partner in the regulation and markets team.
This webinar will be of interest to in-house lawyers, and all those dealing with tendering and procurement.
