Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
In light of the obligation to report on measures to ensure all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free, we have put in place a designated Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
Our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy demonstrates our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains.
Our Key Supply Chains
In order to ensure that all persons within our firm’s key supply chains comply with the firm’s values and ethics, we have included in our supplier questionnaire questions on our key suppliers’ policies and approaches. This questionnaire has been sent to all existing key suppliers, and is sent to all potential new key suppliers.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we make training resources available to all of our colleagues at associate level or above as well as line managers / supervisors and those involved in recruitment and procurement.
We were awarded the highest attainable accreditations as an Investor in People (IIP) and Investor in Young People (IIYP) in 2021, attaining 'Platinum' accreditation as an IIP and 'Gold' accreditation as an IIYP.
